Climbing is becoming ever more popular. And there are countless opportunities in the walkers' playground around the Val Gardena. Choose from the Geisler mountains, the Sella massif, Puez Geisler or the Sassolungo group. From easy to challenging − many climbers are intrigued by the famous "via ferrata" such as the Stevia, Pisciadu or the Oskar Schuster route.

If you choose one of these routes, you will be following in the footsteps of famous Val Gardena climber and actor Luis Trenker.

We, and many of our staff, are increasingly attracted to this activity, which is both liberating and exhilarating.
