Arrival/Departure:
Your room will be available from 2 pm on the day you arrive. When you leave, we kindly ask you to leave the room not later than 10.30 am. If you expect to arrive after 6 pm., please let us know. Thank you.
What if something unexpected happens and the arrangements for your planned holiday have to change?
(e.g. late arrival, premature departure, cancellation)
Occasionally, something can happen before your journey starts. Our cancellation insurance will cover you against such eventualities. We therefore recommend:

If you decide not to take advantage of our cancellation insurance, the following terms and conditions will apply:
In the event of cancellation up to 8 weeks before your stay with us is scheduled to start, we will return your deposit less a handling charge of €15,-.
From the 8th week your will forfeit your deposit.
In the event of a cancellation 4 weeks before your scheduled arrival, 80 % of the full package price will be charged. If you cancel 2 weeks before your arrival, you will be charged 100%.
In the event of late arrival or premature departure we use the booked stay as the basis for any calculation.

We accept cash and the following credit cards: Eurocard, Visa, Mastercard, Bancomat, EC Card.
