We take our guests’ health and safety seriously. For this reason, we have increased our hygiene and safety measures to protect the health of holiday-goers and the inhabitants of Val Gardena as much as possible. Or members of our staff are vaccinated.
All our guests above from the age of 12 need to have the green pass and has to be shown at the check-in. The green pass is also required to buy the skipass. It is likely that in the near future for getting the green pass a certificate of vaccination or of recovering from Covid might be necessary and the possibility of testing might be abolished.

When you are moving aroung in our hotel wearing a mask FFP2 is mandatory.
Only persons with certificate of vaccination or recovering from Covid are allowed to sit in the inside area of bar and restaurants accessible to the public. This is also necessary for our self service restaurant at lunch and for our public bar.
Persons from EU countries, Schengen states, USA, Kanada and Japan upon entry must present eather an antigen or PCR test with a negative result, not older than 48 hours, or provide valid proof to have been vaccinated against Covid-19 or a valid proof to have recovered from Covid-19 infection during the past 9 months. Children under 6 years are exempt from this regulation. Further travellers need to register via the EU Digital Passenger Locator Form (dPLF) prior to entry into Italy. In the event of a check, a confirmation email on a smartphone is sufficient proof.
