I begin my journey to Val Gardena well informed.

When will my suite be ready for me? Should I book half board at the same time? How can I pay on site? I can find answers to these and other questions here. The Stuffer family is also there for me at any time in person should I need further information.

Check-in & Check-out

My suite will be prepared for me from 3 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the suite must be vacated around 11:00 am. If I arrive after 7 pm, I should briefly inform the hotel.

Payment

I can pay the hotel bill in cash, with a debit card, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Board

I can book my stay with breakfast or half board. If I book half board, I will receive it at a preferential price. This price only applies if I book half board when reserving my room, but not if I decide to use half board on site.

Cancellation conditions
  • To confirm my booking, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required.
  • If I cancel up to 8 weeks before the start of my holiday, I will get my deposit back minus a processing fee of 10%.
  • From the 8th week before departure, the deposit is forfeited in favour of the hotel.
  • If I cancel 4 weeks before arrival, 80% of the booked stay will be charged and 2 weeks before arrival, 100% will be charged.
  • In the event of late arrival or early departure, the entire booked period of stay will be charged.

 

I have the option of taking out travel cancellation insurance online.

Local tax

A local tax of € 3.40 per person per day is charged (except for children under 14 years). As of January 1, 2026, the tourist tax will increase to €4.50 per person per day. Subject to change by the public administration.

Cancellation insurance

I'm looking forward to my holiday in Santa Cristina, but something unexpected can still come up. That's why I want to be on the safe side so that I don't incur any unnecessary costs in the event of cancellation or early departure

The Stuffer family recommends that I take out this cancellation insurance. I can take it out conveniently and easily online.

Pets

Bringing your dog on holiday to the new Cendevaves Alpine Silence is not possible.

For the sake of our environment

At Cendevaves Alpine Silence Hotel, we place great importance on environmental protection and the careful use of resources.

  • You decide when you would like your room to be cleaned or your towels and bed linens changed - completely according to your personal preference.
  • In the bathroom, you will find refillable dispensers with shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, hand soap, and body lotion.
  • To avoid unnecessary waste, we kindly ask you to bring your own bath slippers and personal hygiene items such as toothbrushes, razors, etc. Should you forget any of these, we offer a wide selection of products free of charge at the reception.
  • Enjoy our excellent water from the hotel’s own spring. Each of our suites is equipped with its own drinking water fountain.
  • We consciously avoid single-use plastic products and do not offer drinks in plastic bottles.
  • All paper and cardboard used in the hotel are made from recycled materials.
  • We have deliberately chosen not to install air conditioning. Thanks to the quiet location on Monte Pana and the fresh, cool mountain air, you will sleep well and healthily even with the window open.
