Much of Monte Pana in Val Gardena has retained its original condition. The tranquillity is all encompassing. The mighty Sassolungo which serves as a silent watchman. Only the Hotel Cendevaves in Santa Cristina reinvents itself. After an extensive restructuring it was reopened in December 2024 under the new name Cendevaves Alpine Silence Hotel. Only 28 suites, but endless space. Family care, but plenty of undisturbed privacy. That is the true epitome of luxury. I'm looking forward to get to know the small and exclusive hotel in Val Gardena. I am always looking for something special and am sure: I will find it here at the heart of the Dolomites.
To ensure a true retreat of serenity for all, the Cendevaves Alpine Silence Hotel is pet-free. This way, even those with allergies or a fear of dogs can enjoy the pure mountain air in complete tranquility.
On the Monte Pana, I see hikers, skiers, deer and squirrels. I breathe in the purest mountain air and savour the peaceful silence, which is only interrupted by nature itself.
At an altitude of 1,650 metres, I fall asleep with the window open and a view of the star-studded sky. I am woken by the whisper of nature - just in time for breakfast with spectacular view of the Dolomites.
Here I can always find a quiet place just for me. Thanks to the generous amount of space per guest, the Cendevaves creates a feeling of freedom that I have never experienced before.
