A wide selection of classic cocktails and in‑house creations, refined spirits and small treats from the bistro menu are available all day long at the Sky Bar. And naturally, they always come with the dreamlike view of the Sassolungo group. In the evening, the atmosphere becomes especially enchanting when the open fire is lit. With gentle music and good conversation, it’s easy to lose track of time.

Aperitif “à l’Enrosadira”
My highlight in the evening? An aperitif at the Sky Bar at Cendevaves with a direct view of the Sassolungo. In the evening light, just after sunset, its pale rock walls suddenly glow in the most beautiful shades of red and orange – the phenomenon known in Ladin as Enrosadira. Against this dramatic backdrop, I bring my holiday evening to a stylish close with a fine drink. A truly unique atmosphere, found only in the Dolomites.
