In the in‑house wine cellar In Vino Cendevaves rests a precious selection of quality wines from South Tyrol and Italy – complemented by a number of carefully chosen international labels. In this well‑stocked cellar I always find the perfect pairing for my dishes, whether white, red, sparkling or sweet. And if I’m unsure, the hosts are always happy to guide me with a professional wine recommendation.

Tastings with the host

The host Christian and his sons, Noah and Ruben, are all trained sommeliers. During the regular tastings, the host introduces me to fascinating insights into the world of wine and viticulture. I learn to recognise and describe the different flavour nuances, which wine pairs best with which dish, and how much skill and dedication go into creating South Tyrol’s finest wines. An evening spent among exquisite bottles and inspiring conversations with like‑minded enthusiasts.
