The Alpinum restaurant offers a delightful symbiosis of Alpine authenticity and Mediterranean lightness. Deliberately designed in classic Alpine style – charming, genuine and full of atmosphere – it provides the perfect setting for an indulgent evening. The evening menus, served in the welcoming ambience of this dining room, reflect South Tyrolean hospitality, refined culinary craftsmanship and a true passion for flavour: a truly special moment of the evening.

The chef’s signature

Alpine–Mediterranean cuisine with international influences and creative reinterpretations – this is how head chef Fabio Di Fiore describes his masterpieces. Fresh, local and seasonal ingredients form the basis of flavours that are authentic, healthy and deeply rooted in the region. For the evening menu, I can choose between typical South Tyrolean and Val Gardena specialties, light Mediterranean dishes and excellent vegetarian options. My personal highlight? The varied themed buffets – such as the irresistible dessert buffet – or the freshly prepared truffle tagliatelle cooked right before my eyes.
