In the spacious, light‑flooded gymnastics and fitness room with its natural wooden floor, I find plenty of space to fulfil my need for movement and balance. High‑quality Technogym® equipment of the latest generation allows me to train endurance and strength in a targeted way.
I can also use the room independently – for my personal yoga or Pilates routine.
Our gym is equipped with the following stations:

- Weight bench with dumbbell rack 4-22 kg
